The Ancient Sound of the Shofar
Hear the soul-stirring sound of the shofar every morning during the month of Elul, a longstanding tradition to prepare for the High Holy Days.
Join us each morning (except Shabbat), from Thursday, September 5 through Tuesday, October 1, as Congregation of Moses hosts a ten-minute Zoom session beginning at 9:00 am and featuring:
- Live blowing of the shofar
- A short poem, story, song or reading on the theme of the High Holy Days
- Chanting of Psalm 27
