Laundry Love

Laundry Love washes the clothes and bedding of low or no income families and person(s) across the US. Laundry Love Kalamazoo is a collaborative project between the Christian, Jewish and Muslim communities.
Organizer Deacon Trish Harris of St. Thomas Episcopal, is seeking a volunteer from the Jewish community to act as a point person. The point person will take the responsibility of signing up volunteers from their community, using the form on Sign up Genius
Currently, the focus is on having two volunteers from each community, for each session. The openings are: 

May 6, 9:00 am–10:30 am 

May 20, 5:00 pm–6:30 pm 

June 3, 9:00 am–10:30 am 

June 17, 5:00 pm–6:30 pm 

July 1, 9:00 am–10:30 am 

July 15, 5:00 pm–6:30 pm

The project takes place at Finish Line Laundry, 823 E. Cork St., Kalamazoo.
